In January, 1993, Fazheng Group was established in Beijing, riding the tide of reform and opening up after Deng Xiaoping’s speech during his southern tour. It was one of the first private enterprises in China. With the ambition of serving the country, Mr. Wang Guangfa, founder of Fazheng Group, adheres to the concept of “explore to contribute to the country, develop to serve for the people”. He took the lead to develop village renovation project in northern region of Beijing and then launched high-end residence projects including Royal Gardens, the Royal Condo Community, Royal Villa and Grand Royal Community. The residence projects promoted local economic development and the industrial transformation. Fazheng Group became the leading real estate company in northern areas of Beijing.
In 1995, Beijing Jingshan Branch School was established, creating the new pattern of public school with private assistance. It was the first K-12 public school with private assistance in Beijing and officially opened to the public on September 22, 1996. Beijing Royal School was approved to be the first Chinese-foreign Cooperative School and first international school that offers A-level and AP courses.
In May, 2008, Beijing Royal Integrative Medicine Hospital, the first 3-A integrative private hospital in Beijing, was open to the public. It filled the gap of lacking 3-A hospitals in northern part of Beijing and satisfied the medical needs of millions of local residents.
With twenty-eight-years endeavors, Fazheng Group, taking patriotism as its aspiration and considering repaying the society as its responsibility, lays its foundation in China with eyes on the world.
