On April 8, a medical innovation project was formally implemented. During the Qingming vacation, the medical insurance office, the information department, the property management and the development planning department of the Royal Hospital worked overtime to do all the security work to ensure that medical innovation would be formally implemented smoothly.
The medical insurance office conducted 11 all-employee training sessions in the hospital by the end of March 31, and conducted training and checks from April 5 to 7 — all employees answered questionnaires. From the Qingming Festival vacation to April 8, the information department and the medical insurance office of the hospital worked overtime to maintain and debug 435 medical service price adjustment projects in the medical renovation.
The Development Planning Department worked overtime to update 24 publicity billboards on both sides of the hospital's gate, adding contents relevant to the medical innovation; 5 banners and 20 scrolls were put up on the outpatient and inpatient buildings, with colorful flags around the hospital walls; 18 roll-ups advertising the health-care reform scheme were placed on each floor of the outpatient and inpatient buildings; more than 100 posters were put up in elevators and the halls of outpatient and the inpatient buildings. The news in special editions related to the medical-renovation and how the hospital carried out the healthcare reform scheme was published in the Royal Hospital newspapers; 4000 copies of which were printed. At the same time, 10,000 brochures on Implement Fully the Comprehensive Reform of Separation of Clinic from Pharmacy, 1,000 medical staff pocket books and 5,000 patient manuals were printed. All of the above work was in place before April 5, and the propaganda materials were also handed out to the medical staff of various departments.
The outpatient department began to answer patients' questions on the medical renovation and gave out propaganda materials from the end of March. Mr. Guan, manager of from the hospital's property management company, personally led the property staff and security guards, who gave up their rest time and fully cooperated with the Development & Planning Department to hang banners & colorful flags and post posters, ensuring that the environmental publicity was put in place on time.
On the morning of April 6, all the staff of the Development Planning Department conducted face-to-face examinations and evaluation in each inpatient area, office and various departments of the hospital to test the actual results of the medical renovation. In the hospital, nearly 50 employees' knowledge of the medical renovation was randomly checked. Each department was urged to study the medical renovation further.
The quality control office of the hospital does not neglect the quality control of operational medical records, it tracks and monitors operational medical records, and feedbacks the existing problems in time to the relevant clinical departments. It especially checks the writing quality of the duty-shifting records and consultation notes of each department to ensure that the clinical care runs safely during the medical renovation.
